Blair County’s Hazard Mitigation Plan: BRAVE 2026

The BRAVE Plan is in it’s final phase of Approval Pending Adoption. As of June 20th, 2026, 15 of 25 municipality has signed resolutions adopting the BRAVE Plan. The update history of the 2026 BRAVE Plan is listed below.

• June 20, 2026: Uploaded Blair County, Allegheny, Tyrone, and Hollidaysburg’s Signed Resolution.
• June 12, 2026: Uploaded City of Altoona, Woodbury, Roaring Spring Signed Resolution.
• June 5, 2026: Uploaded Bellwood, Juniata, Martinsburg, Freedom, Taylor, Logan, Williamsburg’s Signed Resolution.
• May 29, 2026: Uploaded updated 2026 BRAVE Plan.
• May 26, 2026: Uploaded Frankstown Signed Resolution.
• May 15, 2026: Uploaded updated 2026 BRAVE Plan.
