Jeff Raykes, DEd., AICP

Jeff has worked in the neighborhoods and downtowns of southwestern Pennsylvania for nearly two decades, helping public and private organizations build capacity for positive change.

His work connects community planning, municipal support, university-community relationships and facilitation. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds National Charrette Institute certification in charrette management and facilitation.
